WHEN YOU PURCHASE FROM MYERS COLLECTIVE

All jewelry is made to order and will ship within 10 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.

All domestic orders are shipped with insurance via USPS Priority Mail.

Orders will be shipped to your specified address. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect shipping addresses.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties incurred upon delivery. Taxes and duties will differ by country and cannot be estimated.

 

CARE

Brass and silver are natural materials and will develop a patina with wear and exposure to the elements. In order to maintain the metal's luster, polish regularly with a polishing cloth, or . . .

for brass : combine the juice from half a lemon with 1 teaspoon baking soda and polish with a soft cloth. You may also use a commercial cleaner such as Brasso (follow instructions on the container).

for silver : combine baking soda and water to make a paste, rub on then polish with a soft cloth. You may also use a commercial cleaner such as Weiman Royal Sterling Polish (follow instructions on the container).

Silk cord is a durable, color-fast substrate and should last for years. Excessive exposure to sweat or water can discolor the silk and potentially weaken it. We recommend taking your pieces off when you work out!

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted for unused and undamaged items within 10 days of delivery date. All sales are final after 10 days.

Please email customerservice@myerscollective.com for a Return Authorization code before returning or exchanging items. We cannot issue refunds or exchanges for items returned without an accompanying code.

Returns must include the original receipt, tags and accompanying packaging.

Refunds will be processed in the form in which payment was received, and do not include any shipping or insurance costs incurred by the customer. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise incurred upon return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

All sale items are final.

 

REPAIRS

We are available to repair any merchandise that proves defective within 3 months of purchase, with proof of sale. Please email customerservice@myerscollective.com to inquire.
